These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 09bdt (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at https://09bdt.net and all associated services, games, and tools made available through that website.

This Agreement applies to all features and services provided by 09bdt, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, bonuses, loyalty programmes, and customer support interactions.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 09bdt at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with that individual, and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

09bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and eligibility at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to: a national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until compliance is achieved.

As an account holder on 09bdt, you accept the following ongoing obligations for the duration that your account remains active:

• Credential Security: You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. • Funds Ownership: By depositing funds into your 09bdt account, you confirm that you are the legal owner of those funds and that they have been obtained through lawful means. 09bdt reserves the right to investigate the source of funds where there are reasonable grounds for concern.

09bdt supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. USDT deposits via TRC-20 are also accepted for players who prefer cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit for bank transfers is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 09bdt, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing commitments:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Processed within 15–30 minutes of approval, subject to identity verification being complete.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): Processed within 1–3 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• USDT (TRC-20): Processed within approximately 10–20 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for BDT transactions. 09bdt does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard BDT withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which 09bdt has no control.

09bdt applies a strict same-method withdrawal policy: funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless the original method is no longer available and an alternative has been approved by the support team following identity verification. The following general rules apply across all casino games and sports betting markets on 09bdt:

• Bet Placement: A bet is only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 09bdt's server records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding whether a bet was accepted.

Self-exclusion closure requests are acted upon immediately, regardless of pending wagering activity.

Suspension or Closure by 09bdt: 09bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
